At Angels, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review the conditions below before starting a return.

15-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and shapewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Items

Bras, swimwear, lingerie sets, jewelry, fragrances, and accessories may be returned when they meet the conditions above. Swimwear must include the original hygienic liner. Opened or used fragrances and worn jewelry cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Contact Angels within 15 days of delivery at designerbrands.leonisa@gmail.com or 407-549-8758.
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending the item.

Authorized returns should be sent to: Angels Returns, 3050 Victoria Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34746, United States. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Angels will cover return shipping when the item received was incorrect or arrived defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an Angels error.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
