30-Day Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence and love your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Hygiene Exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and shapewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other eligible products—including bras, swimwear, activewear, jewelry, and fragrances—may be returned within 30 days. Swimwear must have its original hygiene liner attached, and fragrances must be unopened and unused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will cover the return shipping cost when the error is ours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, contact us to confirm availability. Once your eligible return is approved, we will help you exchange it for another size, color, or product.
