Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Final Sale — No Returns: Underwear, panties, and shapewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return: Contact us at designerbrands.leonisa@gmail.com or call 407-549-8758 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return the eligible item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the 20% restocking fee.
